SurfNSpark Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SurfNSpark, we stand behind the products we sell. Please review the following policy before making your purchase.

Standard Returns (Non-Motorized Products)

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition it was received.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • Be free from damage, abuse, or excessive wear.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

To begin a return, email SurfNSpark@gmail.com for a Return Authorization (RA) before sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused.

Motorized Vehicle Sales (FINAL SALE)

The following products are sold as FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Electric Bikes (E-Bikes)

  • Electric Trikes

  • Mopeds

  • Motorcycles

  • Scooters

  • Mini Bikes

  • Go-Karts

  • ATVs

  • Dirt Bikes

  • Electric Rideables

  • Any other motorized vehicle or powered transportation product sold by SurfNSpark

By purchasing a motorized vehicle from SurfNSpark, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.


Motorized Vehicle Order Cancellations

Orders for motorized vehicles cannot be canceled once:

  • Payment has been processed.

  • The order has been placed with our manufacturer or supplier.

  • The vehicle has been prepared for pickup.

  • The vehicle has shipped.

  • The vehicle is available for customer pickup.

Many motorized vehicles are ordered specifically for each customer and cannot be returned to the manufacturer.

Because of this, cancellation requests made after processing may be denied.


Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery, failing to pick up an order, abandoning an order, or changing your mind does not cancel your purchase and does not create a right to a refund.

Any costs incurred by SurfNSpark as a result of a refused shipment—including shipping, return freight, storage, processing, restocking charges imposed by suppliers, merchant processing fees, and other related expenses—may be deducted from any refund issued if SurfNSpark elects, in its sole discretion, to approve an exception.


Product Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

  • Product descriptions

  • Specifications

  • Vehicle features

  • Transmission type

  • Color

  • Size

  • Performance information

Questions should be asked before completing a purchase.

Completing an order confirms that the customer has reviewed the information provided and selected the desired product.


Warranty

Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are separate from SurfNSpark's return policy.

Warranty repairs or manufacturer defects do not create a right to return the product for a refund unless required by law.

If your product arrives damaged during shipping, notify SurfNSpark within 48 hours of delivery.


Special Orders

Special-order items, custom orders, preorder products, and products ordered specifically for a customer are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once ordered from the manufacturer or supplier.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact SurfNSpark@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Motorized vehicles

  • Special-order products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or Clearance merchandise

  • Food, drinks, flowers, or plants

  • Personal care products

  • Batteries, fuels, hazardous materials, or flammable products


Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only when approved by SurfNSpark.

If approved, the original item must first be returned and inspected before a replacement product is issued.


Refunds

Approved refunds (when applicable) will be processed after inspection.

Unless otherwise required by law:

  • Store Credit is the default refund method.

  • Refunds to the original payment method are issued only when approved by SurfNSpark.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after inspection.

Financial institutions may require additional processing time.


Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact SurfNSpark first to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

If a chargeback is filed, SurfNSpark reserves the right to submit:

  • This policy

  • Order confirmations

  • Tracking information

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Customer communications

  • Product descriptions

  • Photographs

  • Signed delivery records (when available)

  • Any other documentation supporting the transaction

Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may be disputed to the fullest extent permitted by law.


Agreement

By placing an order with SurfNSpark, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy before completing their purchase.
