You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Unworn/unused, with tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at Surfnspark@gmail.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom/personalized products (special orders)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/Clearance items (final sale)

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return the item first. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds (Store Credit by Default)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • Approved returns are refunded as Surfnspark store credit or a Surfnspark gift card by default.

  • Cash/Original-payment refunds are available only if specifically requested at the time your return is approved.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post funds.
