SurfNSpark was founded by Nicholas DiNatale, who started selling used surfboards out of his garage at just 16 years old. What began as a small passion project has grown into a fully stocked surf shop in the heart of Avon-by-the-Sea, NJ — offering new and used surfboards, wetsuits, accessories, and a wide range of electric bikes, scooters, and more.

At SurfNSpark, our mission is simple: we care more about getting people in the water than making a profit. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned surfer, we’re here to help you find the right gear at a fair price. We offer buy, sell, and trade options for surfboards so that everyone has access to quality equipment — and we’re proud to be the only shop in the area offering board trades for store credit.

We also support sustainable transportation with our carefully selected electric bikes and scooters, combining eco-conscious living with the freedom of the open road. Whether you're cruising the beach or commuting around town, we’ve got something for you.
